Thermo Expert installed six windows on Tuesday, October 29th. The three installers were professional in all aspects of the install. They answered all questions we had during and after the process  They used tarps inside under every window and were constantly making use of their vacuum. Just had 4 new windows put in today. When I first contacted them the person on the phone was easy to talk to. Then came workers to my house to measure the windows for an estimate which was reasonable. I accepted the estimate and they came again and got exact measurements. The windows where ordered and arrived a short time later which was great. The installation followed, the 2 guys that showed up where expert's and knowledgeable. The finished product was awesome. Where do i begin. Rick Solis was awesome right from the start.Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, a pleasure to work with. I bugged him too many times but he always had the answer and was patient with me. Bruno, Jamal and Burke!! These guys are top notch! Attention to very detail right down to perfect caulk. They work great together. They even vacuumed the area they worked in. I will be hiring these guys to do some other windows and i suggest you do the same.

We had 6 basement slider, 1 picture, and 1 casement window all replaced. All windows are good quality with U = 0.28, made in Mass. Sales process was easy and simple, no pushy sales spiels.  Installers were friendly and efficient. Done in a day. They sealed up around each window with foam and caulk so they're nice a tight with no leaks.

Lee and his Team at Thermo Experts just replaced all of our Windows in New Lebanon, NY February 22nd.  We could not be happier…his crew were all very polite, neat, and even cleaned our floor after. Edit: After numerous cold nights and terrible winds, the windows have been one of the best improvements for the house. In comparison to the old windows, I can barely hear the road outside, no wind comes through, and heat doesn't escape out the windows!
